No, Fitbit Connect is not designed for transferring music to the Fitbit Versa 2. It is primarily used for synchronizing data between the Fitbit device and a computer. To transfer music to the Fitbit Versa 2, you can use the Fitbit app on your smartphone and sync your music playlists from compatible music streaming services.

I have the version of Fitbit Connect and I can't sync it with my computer. What should I do?

M
Answer by Mary Nett

In order to sync this application with your computer, you need to plug in your Wireless Sync Dongle in a USB port and press Continue. After that, open the Option menu and select from there the Proxy settings (you can select one these settings: don't use a proxy server, automatically detect proxy server, or you can select to add a proxy server) that you want to use. If this doesn't work, I suggest you to stay in touch with the developers and ask them about this problem.

I have forgotten how to track my sleep on my Fitbit One. Anyone?

Stephen Prastman
Answer by Stephen Prastman

Sleep tracking is done automatically by the Fitbit One device. When your body is in resting place and you're sleeping without moving, the device automatically records the data automatically.

By default, unless there is a heart-rate monitor, the device will track time spent awake, restless, and asleep. This data can be synchronized afterward.

In the morning, the device should synchronize the data with the application on your PC and display reports and statistics.

For additional information, I recommend checking the Help section on the developer's website to see exactly how sleep is tracked an recorded.

It seems that you can have only one tracker at a time on one account. There is no way to add and use multiple trackers on one account. However, due to the fact that every tracker has a unique ID, multiple devices can coexist in the same household and can sync to the same base station. For more information, visit the support page.
