My Fitbit stopped syncing my Zip a few days ago. I followed the official website's instructions and removed Fitbit Connect from my computer. I tried to re-install the software and it will not re-install. A message pops up stating, "This application does not support the current OS". We have 3 Fitbits in our household and we now have no Fitbit software at all! We cannot properly use our Fitbits now and I am losing points and money from work. I earn points through work for my Fitbit usage. I need to fix this right away! The website did not warn of this problem. I did exactly what it said to do to fix the problem and now the problem is worse! Everything worked just fine up until a couple of days ago. Now I have no software, I cannot re-install the software, and our 3 Fitbits are useless!
