What are you doing to make this easier to log in on my fitbit account this is a new email account i have try to log in with old account and new account old account was [email protected] please help
I am not able to set up my new fitbit. I DO NOT want to give my credit card information. I find all this confusing for someone who is not smart phone saavy. I most likely will be returning the fitbit to the store. Your help sit is of no help to me.
I'm sick of downloading the sync software to my Mac. Sync once or twice and the program disappears. Just downloaded it again and now won't sync at all. Not impressed. Several members of my family have had trouble with their Fitbits.
I am SO frustrated with the syncing process. It takes HOURS to load yet still doesn't sync. Also the Fitbit broke and that is a problem because you have to sync to email them about this. Otherwise an excellent product which I definitely recommend.
Agreed with the above comments. I don't even see the "sync now" to click. It is very difficult and I feel as if I have to do a dance to get my Fitbit to sync to my PC.
I have just updated my Mac software to Yosemite and now I cannot sync my Fitbit anymore! I open the Fitbit connect software and click sync now and it says it is not connected to the internet. It used to work perfectly fine without any issues, but since updating to Yosemite it no longer works at all. As my phone is not compatible with my Fitbit I now have no way to sync.
I'm new to FitBit and am not happy with how unuser friendly this material this! I am very frustrated with it all - I am 75 years old, still have all my marbles but I do need for this to be in plain pictorial and text instructions. I would appreciate an email reply from your company with some clear directions on how how to get started!
I agree! I was able to reset mine once and it started syncing again for a couple weeks, but now it's not syncing again and I can't find a stupid sync button on the website via my laptop.
My Fitbit is in a constant state of flux and I'm sick of it - why doesn't it have a "sync now" button rather that the twenty hoops one has to jump through to get this contraption to work? This is something the company really needs to work on if it wants to keep my support.
I run Ubuntu Linux.
Tried installing in Wine bus got OS not supported when emulating XP.
Tried in a virtual machine running XP and same issue.
Seems a common problem with XP.
Got my Fitbit for Christmas so am using the latest download.
Can sync to my iPhone for now but don't like leaving Bluetooth on all the time.
I've never had a problem until a month or so ago.
